Omer Chen

Specializes in R&D branding, guiding tech companies, teams, and leaders to gain visibility and recognition. Works with engineers and managers to turn complex technology into engaging content — from tech blogs and conference talks to meetups, webinars, and podcasts. Passionate about helping hidden experts share their insights and hard work, with deep familiarity with Israel’s tech and software communities.

Raviv Gurtensten

Raviv is the founder of Astra, where he collaborates with R&D teams to strengthen their engineering and technical brands through tech blogs, events, tech PR, and educational initiatives. Before founding Astra, Raviv built Riskified’s Tech sub-brand and established the company’s DevRel domain, while also leading a group as Director of People Brand & Experience. Previously, at Wix, he led the Be’er Sheva R&D site and later managed the company’s Global Frontend Operations. Raviv is also the organizer behind two leading tech conferences hayaData and PlatforMa. In his free time, he enjoys playing the bass guitar and expanding his Funko POP collection.
